The precise mapping of business process flows and their consistent implementation demonstrate the company’s commitment to establishing sound and systematic procedures in its operations. This dedication resulted in the successful acquisition of the HACCP Certification in 2009, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certification in 2011, ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Certification in 2018, and the imminent upgrade to ISO 22000:2015 Certification. Furthermore, the ongoing expansion of our factory facilities, including land, buildings, production machinery, laboratory equipment, research and development machinery, and other support systems, reflects our commitment to fulfilling the needs of our cocoa and chocolate customers. The ownership of cocoa bean production facilities underscores our dedication to their development and service.

The third vital factor driving our company’s progress is the application of corporate values or culture across all departments. The values of “Work Hard & Make History,” formulated by our Management & Directors, go beyond mere slogans. They require collective efforts to be embodied in our daily work lives.
