Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Indirect Materials (Non-RM/PM).
- Able to manage Purchase Orders (PO), coordinate with vendors, and follow up on Halal documents, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and other supporting documents.
- Halal training experience or certification is a plus.
- Computer literate and proficient in communication and coordination.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying procurement needs and ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Holds a valid SIM C.
