Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary acts as a liaison between the Company and its stakeholders; ensuring that shareholders, relevant authorities (including the Financial Services Authority/OJK), and the public receive all significant information related to the Company in a timely, complete, and accurate manner. In addition, the Corporate Secretary is also responsible for monitoring the Company’s compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Basis of Appointment

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company has appointed Gendra Fachrurozi as Corporate Secretary based on the Company’s Board of Directors Decree No. 002/WIN/SK-Dir/IV/2025 dated April 18, 2025, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the Corporate Secretary.

Corporate Secretary Profile

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from the Islamic University of Bandung (Unisba). Residing in Bandung, Indonesia, he currently holds the position of Corporate Secretary of the Company. Previously, he served as General Manager at PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk (2014 – 2019) and Supervisor at PT INTI (2013 – 2014).
