Requirements :
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major, preferably related to logistics or supply chain.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics; experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate, guide, and supervise warehouse staff effectively.
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CPPOB/GMP standards as well as warehouse-related SOPs.
- Able to conduct stock opname, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure data consistency and validity in the system.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
