- Minimum education: SMK in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is an advantage but not required. - 3–5 years of experience in machine maintenance (electrical, mechanical, or automation).
Candidates with proven hands-on expertise are encouraged to apply. - Experience in leading or supervising a maintenance team for at least 1–2 years, including task coordination and team performance monitoring.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair automation systems, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and production machinery.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance (CM) processes.
- Strong analytical ability to identify root causes, propose solutions, and implement corrective & preventive actions for recurring machine issues.
- Able to create, manage, and monitor maintenance schedules, SOP compliance, and daily or weekly maintenance reports.
- Proficient in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Good leadership qualities: discipline, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with CMMS or maintenance reporting systems is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Kabupaten Sumedang based on operational needs.
