Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing and interpreting complex data.
- Excellent financial analysis abilities with a solid understanding of costing systems, cost control, and overall manufacturing processes/flow.
- Proven leadership experience with strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
- Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be placed in Kecamatan Pamulihan, Kabupaten Sumedang.
