Driving Digital Transformation: Win&Co Collaborates with IBM and SAP

Liputan6.com, PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk (IDX: COCO), also known as Win&Co Group, a publicly listed company operating in the premium cocoa and chocolate industry, has collaborated with business consulting firm IBM Consulting and SAP on a management system transition project to RISE with SAP. The initiative aims to accelerate and simplify ongoing internal processes.

The implementation also speeds up processes such as month-end financial reporting and production planning. RISE with SAP enables Win&Co Group to conduct more detailed profitability analysis, covering stages from production to sales.

Win&Co Group CEO Soegianto Soenario stated that the implementation of this system aligns with the company’s vision to enhance transparency through data-driven digital transformation.

“As a publicly listed company, implementing a data-based system is crucial to supporting good corporate governance, improving transparency, and ensuring the quality of reporting and decision-making,” he said in a written statement on Tuesday (February 10).

In this collaboration, IBM Consulting supports Win&Co Group in optimizing the implementation of RISE with SAP to migrate strategic ERP workloads and business processes to a cloud platform.

Through integrated ERP and analytics capabilities, RISE with SAP enables the Company to obtain real-time insights and reporting aligned with business dynamics and market changes. This strengthens faster and more measurable strategic decision-making to support the Company’s growth and business roadmap development. (Fal/E-1)
