Berbekal momentum tersebut, Perseroan membidik kenaikan pendapatan lebih dari 50% pada 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Pemulihan ini tercermin dari akselerasi penjualan pada kuartal IV-2025 yang mencapai Rp 53,5 miliar, melonjak 40% dibandingkan kuartal III-2025 sebesar Rp 38,3 miliar. Kinerja tersebut didorong oleh penguatan strategi komersial serta ekspansi pasar setelah aksi right issue yang dilakukan pada akhir tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Secara keseluruhan, Perseroan membukukan pendapatan neto sebesar Rp 165,08 miliar sepanjang 2025. Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari perbaikan kinerja di kuartal IV yang menjadi titik balik operasional perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Dari sisi profitabilitas, Perseroan masih mencatatkan rugi bersih sebesar Rp 250,86 miliar pada 2025, melebar dibandingkan rugi Rp 52,20 miliar pada 2024. Namun, manajemen menegaskan tekanan tersebut terutama berasal dari beban non-operasional yang bersifat satu kali (non-recurring), sehingga tidak mencerminkan kinerja inti perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama Win&amp;Co Group menyatakan, 2025 merupakan fase krusial dalam proses transformasi menyeluruh yang dilakukan Perseroan, baik dari sisi operasional maupun keuangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKuartal IV menjadi titik balik, di mana hasil transformasi mulai terlihat. Kami juga berinvestasi pada fondasi jangka panjang seperti implementasi sistem ERP berbasis SAP serta peningkatan kapasitas produksi secara signifikan,\u201d ujarnya dalam keterangan pers, Selasa (31\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Perbaikan fundamental juga tercermin pada posisi keuangan. Ekuitas Perseroan berhasil berbalik positif menjadi Rp 112 miliar pada kuartal IV-2025, dari sebelumnya negatif Rp 4 miliar pada kuartal III.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam dua tahun terakhir, Perseroan telah mengalokasikan belanja modal (capex) sebesar Rp 27 miliar untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan produktivitas. Kapasitas produksi pun meningkat sebesar 3.000 ton menjadi 12.000 ton per tahun, yang akan efektif mulai 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Sejalan dengan penguatan fundamental tersebut, Win&amp;Co Group menargetkan pertumbuhan pendapatan di atas 50% pada 2026. Target ini akan ditopang oleh penguatan segmen business-to-business (B2B), ekspansi distribusi, serta optimalisasi kapasitas produksi.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, momentum musiman seperti Idulfitri, Natal, dan Tahun Baru diproyeksikan turut mendongkrak penjualan. Perseroan juga telah mengamankan pipeline kerja sama dengan berbagai pelaku industri bakery dan kue ternama di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya mengandalkan pertumbuhan organik, Perseroan juga tengah menjajaki ekspansi anorganik melalui rencana akuisisi, khususnya di sektor makanan non-cokelat dan fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
