Peningkatan ini ditopang oleh beberapa faktor utama yang sudah berjalan sejak kuartal IV-2025 hingga saat ini,&rdquo; ujar Gendra kepada Kontan.co.id, pekan lalu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dorong Penjualan B2B dan Ekspansi Kerja Sama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gendra menjelaskan, COCO tengah menjalankan sejumlah proyek kerja sama strategis dengan retail bakery ternama di Indonesia yang secara langsung mendorong peningkatan volume penjualan&nbsp;<em>business-to-business<\/em>&nbsp;(B2B).<\/p>\n<p>Perseroan juga aktif berpartisipasi dalam pameran makanan dan minuman berskala nasional dengan reputasi kuat di industri.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah ini tidak hanya meningkatkan&nbsp;<em>brand awareness<\/em>, tetapi juga menghasilkan pipeline kerja sama baru dengan distributor dan pelaku usaha kuliner.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;COCO mencatat peningkatan permintaan yang berkelanjutan, sehingga outlook kuartal I-2026 dipandang positif, terutama dengan momentum Ramadan dan Lebaran sebagai peak season industri cokelat dan bakery,&rdquo; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antisipasi Lonjakan Permintaan Ramadan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dari sisi operasional, COCO telah menyesuaikan kapasitas produksi dan jadwal distribusi guna memastikan ketersediaan produk selama periode Ramadan dan Lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Perseroan juga memperkuat manajemen persediaan dan peramalan permintaan (<em>forecasting<\/em>) di seluruh kanal distribusi, serta mengoptimalkan jalur distribusi last mile, termasuk meningkatkan intensitas pengiriman ke wilayah dengan tingkat konsumsi tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah ini dilakukan untuk menjaga ketersediaan produk di rak (<em>on-shelf availability<\/em>) dan meminimalkan potensi kehilangan penjualan (<em>lost sales<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waspadai Volatilitas Harga Kakao<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, COCO mewaspadai volatilitas pasokan dan harga kakao global. Produksi di negara penghasil utama seperti Ghana dinilai rentan terhadap perubahan iklim, termasuk curah hujan tinggi, suhu ekstrem, hingga serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman.<\/p>\n<p>Risiko cuaca ekstrem seperti El Ni&ntilde;o juga menjadi perhatian karena berpotensi menekan hasil panen dan mengganggu stabilitas pasokan jangka menengah.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menjaga profitabilitas, COCO menerapkan penyesuaian harga secara selektif dan moderat, bukan kenaikan agresif, dengan tetap menjaga persepsi nilai (<em>value perception<\/em>) di mata konsumen.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Perseroan juga memperkuat komunikasi ke pelanggan B2B agar penyesuaian harga dipahami sebagai bagian dari sustainability bisnis, bukan semata-mata&nbsp;<em>cost passing<\/em>.
